In about two years, I plan on getting lost around the world for at least a year. So I’m starting to save up now (already got my savings account linked with my bank account to make monthly automatic withdrawals). Next year when I will (hopefully) have a much better paying job, which isn’t difficult since I’m an Americorps VISTA right now, I will be on a faster track to save.
Until that time, I will be reading up on all the places I want to go, researching the best ways to travel the cheapest, and volunteer in exchange for accommodations, and of course brushing up on the languages I kind of know and learning more with podcasts.
