Lamb Neck Pot Roast

Lamb Neck Pot Roast


  • Whatever size lamb neck
  • sweet potatoes, chopped
  • carrots, chopped
  • garlic
  • rosemary
  • red wine
  • onions (I used the green onions I had)


  • Coat the lamb neck in a little flour (I used coconut flour) and brown it on all sides
  • Sautee the garlic, onions, and rosemary in a little oil
  • Throw everything in an oven-safe pot with however much wine and other liquid (broth/water); enough to cover most of the contents
  • Place in an oven at 350 until the meat is tender (it took me about 3 hours)
