Yeah! Workout: time challenge
- PUSH UP & MONKEY KICK–30 reps for time: My time = 6:34
- CARTWHEEL & MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS–6minutes of 5/10 sec. intervals
- 3x JUMP LUNGE & FRONT KICK–50 sets total for time (I only did 25, it was getting late): My time = 5:15
Shaking: PB & Berry (this smoothie held me over for half the day!)
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 1 cup of the mystery green that I found
- ice
- 2 tbs flax seed
