Moving & Shaking, Day 4

Moving, resumed!

Yeah! Workout: time challenge

  • PUSH UP & MONKEY KICK–30 reps for time: My time = 6:34
  • CARTWHEEL & MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS–6minutes of 5/10 sec. intervals
  • 3x JUMP LUNGE & FRONT KICK–50 sets total for time (I only did 25, it was getting late): My time = 5:15

Shaking: PB & Berry (this smoothie held me over for half the day!)

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of the mystery green that I found
  • ice
  • 2 tbs flax seed
