Today’s workout–Amazing Abs, 12 min

Shaking

Morning Smoothie (I thought this was going to be gross, but it actually turned out really well!)

  • 1 fennel bulb
  • 2 oranges (or tangelos in my case)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs vanilla extract
  • ice
