until I start my month of no processed foods AND a quasi-vegan diet. I say quasi because it’s more that i’m trying to limit my intake of animal products rather than entirely eliminate them. but i am going to make a concerted effort to keep dairy out for the month just to see how i feel.
but as part of this new diet i’m going to up my exercise and get back to bodyrocking on the regular—gotta get this six pack 😀
But I’m already on track. I bought a share of vegetables from the local farm yesterday and today I cooked the turnips and the turnip greens and have saved the pot liquor to make soup sometime this weekend. if it’s edible, no food shall go wasted.
this will definitely be a lesson in cooking if nothing else.
