Today’s workout/challenge was pretty short (really short) but still got my heart rate up and left me tired. I did the first 3 sets of one leg squats only halfway down because I’m not that strong. But the last 2 sets I decided to go ahead and try to go all the way down while holding on to a chair. I did it, but it was truly more of an ab workout than I expected.
