So i’ve been on a roll this week. First some fresh ginger, garlic, honey, soy sauce, OJ marinated salmon, wild rice mix—then some BANGING chocolate chunk cookies (i’m still eating these things like a crack head)—then some leek/brussel sprout soup [this wasn’t my favorite, mostly because the leeks were really oniony and bitter. I think I may add some potatoes and some kind of seasoning, i don’t know what]. I wanted to bake some cupcakes for valentine’s day…not that I have one…but I think it’s better that I don’t make any more fatty crazy junk food for awhile, I need to get back on track with getting in shape.
